While we were visiting, DH and I went out on Lake Okoboji with his aunt and uncle who have a cabin there. It was my first time visiting the Iowa Great Lakes. We had a fun time.

We drove today up to northwestern Iowa to visit some of DH's relatives. There was a creepy little bug hanging out with us on the roof of the car. It was bugging me so badly (no pun intended) that DH pulled over at a rest stop and got it for me.

We took DH's car to the junkyard to get rid of it. We traded it for an $80 check.

August 7

I started another IPE on Wednesday. The distributor for the pharmacy at which I'm working had a glitch in their system, and the pharmacy accidentally got 47 totes of drugs (instead of the three they actually ordered). There are blue totes all over the place!!

We got Just Married t-shirts from the resort.

DH brought me flowers today.

I don't hate flying, but I don't love it either. DH held my hand when we'd land and take off to help keep me calm.
