Went for a bike ride with hubby this morning to breakfast and then around town. We rode through this beautiful old cemetary.

And there was this one creepy grave with a metal person on top of it.

Went to my first ever cooking class tonight with Chef Monica who runs a B&B in Sheffield, IL.
Mediterranean salad with a twist.


It was delish...salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled endive, olives....

Attended the Iowa Pharmacy Association annual meeting this weekend and enjoyed these goodies at the end of the awards banquet. I had the unique experience of being a voting student delegate during the House of Delegates sessions.
