We met two random guys in line at the local ice cream shop who were bicycling from Chicago to California. DF is a cyclist who works in a bike shop, so we went over there after ice cream and he opened up shop after hours and helped them with a few problems they were having. Hope they have fun on their journey. Kind of made me want to do it someday too.

I know! I hear those stories and right away I start to dream! Did you or your DF ever read the book by Ewan McGregor and Charlie Borman where they rode their motorcycles around the world? I am not a motorcycle girl, but their story was very inspirational!
Were these guys fund raising or "fun" raising?
