We made some tacos for lunch today that we saw on the Food Network. They were really pretty and colorful, but I'd give it about a B-. Not the most delicious thing I've ever eaten, not horrible, but probably won't make them again. Fun to try, though. First time cooking tomatillos. Yeah I am not big on the cumin/coriander combo of seasonings myself. Looks pretty though! I noticed you sure like jalapenos, too!
