Went to my first ever cooking class tonight with Chef Monica who runs a B&B in Sheffield, IL.
Mediterranean salad with a twist.
It was delish...salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled endive, olives....
Chef Monica making an orange and fennel salad.
It was okay, but not my favorite.
Fried chickpeas. Very yummy.
Quiche. Also yummy, although the picture does not look so appetizing.
And fresh strawberry sorbet for dessert.

Haven't had problems posting pictures, but major problems posting comments on other blogs. For example, I wanted to write you a comment on your blog to be sure you saw it, but get into a wierd loop and can't leave one???....
