Amery came to visit, and we went the the Children's Museum.

(Yes, I know....out of order)

Wellness class lecture at Hy-Vee today from the dietitian. I should've been a dietitian.

DH got out of class and found this tied on his bike.

I love this letter we got in the mail. Wow. I should probably put a copy under all of the tailgaters' windshields.

DH ran into a bush and a fence on his bike within a 24-hour period.
